Departure:
We kindly asked you to leave the room until 12:00 PM at the day of departure.

Alarm:
In case of an alarm, stay calm, our house is equipped with up-to-date technology.  In case of an emergency, a signal will sound. Please leave your room, the emergency procedures are to be found on your door. 

Allergic beddings:
Please let us know if you prefer having allergic beddings in the room. 

Pharmacy:
We will be happy to find a pharmacy for you. Just ask at the front desk.

Excursions:
An der Rezeption finden Sie viele Tipps, Anregungen und Informationen zu möglichen Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Wenden Sie sich am besten einfach an unserer Rezeption. Wir stehen Ihnen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zudem finden Sie unter „Spaziergänge“ unterschiedlich lange Runden zum Laufen, sodass Sie sich optimal zurecht finden.

We are pleased to iron your shirts etc. quickly for you if requested. In case you prefer to iron them by yourself, we are happy to bring an iron as well as an iron board to your room.

Our concierge team is happy to help and assist with any wishes. Please do not hesitate to contact us at the reception.

Kathedrale:
You will reached the Cathedral of Mainz in around 20 to 25 minutes by foot walking through the Mainzer Stadtpark and the old part of the city.

E-bike:
We are pleased to rent you one of our e-bikes. We offer E-Mountain, E-Tour and E-City bikes for 20,00 € per day. Kindly asked as the reception for the reservation.  

Owners:
The owners of the Favorite Parkhotel are Anja and Christian Barth as the second generation.

Nutrition:
You will take special care of your nutrition during your holidays? Kindly let us now your wishes. Whether gluten free, lactose free or just diet food. Our kitchen team is pleased to prepare your dishes exactly according to your wishes. Obviously, in the same time we also take a lot of care of quality and regional products.

Favorite Parkhotel:
The former baronial summer residence with its garden facilities has been destroyed in the French revolutionary war in 1792-1793. The Favorite Parkhotel is located on the residences´ former grounds.

A fax machine can be found at the front desk. 

Bikes:
We offer you our hotel bikes for a trip by bike. Therefore, kindly ask at the reception.

TV:
Cable and SKY TV are available in every room. You will find an overview of programs in your room.

TV program:
You get the information about your daily program in the TV brochure.

Festival arrangements:
Our gastronomy team is happy to plan each type of events together with you and to assist you any time.

Fire:
Emergency procedures are to be found at your door.  Fire extinguisher next to the elevator, for the fire brigade, call: 0-112. 

Fitness machines:
Befinden sich im 5. Stock des Parkflügels im Fitnessraum. Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Sonntag 07:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr.

Airport:
The nearest airport is the Frankfurt am Main Airport. The fastest way to reach this is by taking the highway A3 which will take you around 30 min. 

Copies / scan:
Please contact the front desk. For each copy we charge 0,25 Euro (0,50 Euro / color copy). 

Breakfast:
Our breakfast room is located in the Sonnensalon. Kindly follow the labels within the hotel. We are pleased to servce breakfast from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM and during weekends to 11:00 AM.

Price per night and car 16,00 Euro; per hour 2,00 Euro. Please pay your ticket at the front desk. 

Beverages:
small selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be found in your room minibar. Kindly notice the enclosed pricelist. At our hotel bar, called Weinbar, and in the lobby, you get a wide variety of different drinks.

Luggage:
We will gladly keep your luggage until your departure. Simply inform the front desk. On request, we will also gladly bring your luggage to your room and pick it up when you depart. 

Heating:
You can individually adjust the room's temperature according to your wishes by using the thermostat. In case you need assistance please to not hesitate to contact us.

Change of towels:
We change the towels in your room on a daily basis. In case you would like us to change them more often or you would like to have additional towels - just let us know.

Slippers:
Slippers can be found in the pocket of you bath robe.

A small playground is located next to our beer garden and a large one in the Volkspark.

Church:
Our house belongs to the Lutheran church. The Lutheran church is located at the exit of the park and can easily be reached by foot.

Pillow:
Please ask at the front desk in case you need additional pillows. 

Battery recharger:
You forgot your battery recharging at home? Our reception team might offer you the suitable one.

Location:
Our house is located in the middle of the beautiful city park; around 30 minutes by car to the the Frankfurt airport, expressway/motorway connection is quickly to reach. 

Main:
The mouth of the Main is located exactly on the opposite of the hotel.

Mini bar:
Every room has a mini-bar, kindly notice the given price list. Drinks our of the mini-bar will be paid at the front dest. 

Massages:
Who does still not have enough after spending time in the sauna or the steam bath is invited to book one of our massages. Whether the back, the whole boy or a hot stone one massages – our masseur leaves nothing to be desired.

Our pool and sauna area in the ground floor can be easily reached by our elevator or by taking the steps. Just follow the sings.
Bathrobes and slippers can be found in your bath room. 
The usage of our wellness area is included in you room price.

We are happy to assist you with any kind of secretary services. Just let us know your concern and we will support you!

Key:
You will receive a card during check in, which is you room key. In case of loss or no function, do not hesitate to contact our front desk for a new one.
