Please leave your laundry until 09:00 AM at the front desk, then you will get it back at the same day in the evening around 08:00 PM.
General terms: On weekends and holidays no laundry is accepted. Dry-cleaning of certain clothes (exclusive fabricates) will charged according to time spent. Complaints have to be communicated within 24h. Our responsibility limits itself to 5 times the price of the dry-cleaning go the missing or damaged clothes.

For one additional kids bed, we charge € 30,- per child and night. For two kids, the price increases to € 40,- per night. In case you did not communicate your request during the process of booking, kindly let our reception team know by calling -402 using the phone inside your room. We will arrange the bed as soon as possible.
